SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

1. All abstracts will be in English.
2. Submitted abstracts must be original. Abstracts previously published or presented at an international scientific meeting cannot be submitted.

3. The main author's name and email address must be filled accurately. The contact details will be used for future correspondences.
4. The abstract should include the main author, co-authors and their affiliated institutions.
​
5. The abstract title should include no more than 20 words.
6. The abstract should include the following subtitles (which will be counted towards the word limit):

Methodology
-
Results
-
Conclusion
7. Pictures are not permitted in the abstract. A maximum of one table (for illustration) is acceptable.

8. The word limit for the entire abstract is 250 words (excluding title).
9. You have the following options for presentation:

Poster only
-
Oral or poster presentation, subject to final decision by the conference organising and scientific committees.
If the scientific committee selects your abstract for oral presentation and in the event that you decline, it will be automatically diverted to poster presentation.

10. All accepted oral and poster presentations will receive certificate of oral/poster presentation and are eligible to vie for the Conference awards. You will only qualify for the awards if you or any of your co-authors register for the conference. No award will be presented in absentia.

11. Decision by the Scientific Committee on the abstract acceptance will be final.
