The Research Championship, which aims to nurture budding primary care professionals in research, is one of the highlights of the conference. It is a platform for intensive investigator-centric coaching of teams of novice researchers to define and refine their research questions, and to design the study protocol based on the appropriate research methodology. The coaches are experienced Family Medicine researchers from established universities in Singapore and the Asia Pacific region. The participants will go through two rounds of competitions to reach the finals, in which the audience will also get to vote for the team to win the prestigious Championship Trophy.
